The District #10 K-5 Principals’ Advisory Committee is comprised of representatives from the community as well as building administration from both the primary and intermediate settings. The group meets approximately three to four times per school year. The purpose of the committee is to brainstorm ideas related to current and future programs and services. The committee may be asked to examine how the schools/district is changing and provide options for a response to those changes. Through the committee’s operation it can broaden interaction between stakeholders and provide two-way communication within the school community. It can also increase support of the schools’ programs to better meet the needs of all students.
