Peacock PEER Mediation Program

Twelve students have been trained to be PEER Mediators.  The program is based on the belief that students can resolve conflicts themselves with the help of their peers.  It is a very structured program that provides the mediators with specific guidelines on how to help others.  The program stresses a “win-win” solution to problems.  Any students finding themselves in a conflict or disagreement with another student may request mediation by contacting any teacher or Ms. Thomas.
