What if I forget my PIN (personal identification number)?

Contact technical support and please give your name, email, home address, telephone number, and child's name. Include a brief description of the problem.  A new PIN will be generated and mailed via traditional mail.

 

Where do I find my child’s student ID number?

Student ID numbers are on all report cards or progress reports.  For security purposes, ID numbers will never be given out over the phone. If you cannot find this number, contact technical support and please indicate your name, email, home address, telephone number, and child's name. Include a brief description of the problem. Your child's ID number will be mailed via traditional mail.

 

What do I do if I can’t access the page?

Check that you are using the correct student identification number.  Once you confirm that you have the correct personal information, reboot your computer.  If you still have difficulty accessing the Grade Book, contact technical support.

 

What does NA mean?

This assignment is not included in the grade average.

 

What do I need to access my child’s grades?

Your child's student ID number and the PIN provided by the school.           

 

Why don’t I see any recent assignments entered?

Assignments are entered as time allows.  There could be as much as a two week turn-around before teachers have the opportunity to enter this information for all students.
